Victory Train is the first ever immersive train-based exhibition. It is dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War.
The Victory Train consists of ten railcars. This unique historical museum keeps the memory of those who defended our country during the Great Patriotic War.
In the ten cars of the train, visitors can see the peaceful life just before the start of the war, the life in the besieged Leningrad, and important events of the Great Patriotic War. Each car contains an exhibition dedicated to a certain period or topic.
The Victory Train is a large-scale historical and educational project set up in Russia. Such projects as the Victory Train help people feel the atmosphere of those far-off years and see the war the way its contemporaries saw it.
The museum train will stay in Vologda till January 30.
