The Pushkinskaya Karta project (Pushkin cards) which provides Russian young people with free access to the treasures of Russian culture and traditional values started working on September 1, 2021.
Every Russian aged 14-22 is now able to visit museums, exhibitions and concerts several times a year at the expense of the state.
Introduction of “Pushkin cards” with replenishment from the budget in the amount of 5 thousand rubles aims to familiarize the youth with high national culture.
The participants of the project are Russian museums, theaters, concert halls, philharmonic societies, libraries and other centers of culture of federal and local significance, including private ones.
Over 80 cultural institutions of the Vologda Region have already joined the "Pushkin cards” project.
