The Victory Train, an immersive museum of the Great Patriotic War consisting of nine railcars, will arrive in Cherepovets on July 25. This unique historical museum keeps the memory of those who defended our country during the Great Patriotic War.

Over 2000 residents of Vologda visited the exposition in February 2021, Vologda Region Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov among them.

In the nine cars of the train, visitors can see the peaceful life just before the start of the war, the life in the besieged Leningrad, and important events of the Great Patriotic War. Each car contains an exhibition dedicated to a certain period or topic.

Such projects as the Victory Train help people feel the atmosphere of those far-off years and see the war the way its contemporaries saw it.

The museum train celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War will be traveling throughout Russia. It will stay in Cherepovets till July 27.
