The exhibition is organized by the International Federation of Ex-Libris Societies, an international non-governmental organization that aims to organize cultural exchange and communication between graphic artists from different countries. Its main objective is to cultivate and promote an interest in and devotion to bookplates and enhance their artistic qualities.
The works presented at the exhibition were selected on a competitive basis. Artists from all over the world working in different graphic techniques were invited to participate in the competition. The theme of the works was determined by the Year of the Metal Ox that came according to the Chinese calendar and the fight against coronavirus.
The exhibition, which opened during New Year's holidays, features 343 works from 15 countries. The exhibition includes six works by Marat Bryzgalov - six bookplates made using the screen printing technique.
