The festival, entirely dedicated to the young and emerging filmmakers of European cinema, will take place from 5-8 July.

The 2018 edition will feature a focus on Balkan states – Albania, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Festival goers will have the opportunity to see an interesting programme of films, as well as to attend different master classes and round-tables with industry.

VOICES has become a unique meeting place for the youngest European filmmaking generation, gathering ten first or second films from all across Europe in its official competition section, and selecting a wide array of titles for the parallel sections.
