Liechtenstein, and "Peace and Harmony" Foundation within the program of events in honour of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Switzerland.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor Oleg Vasiliev and Hermann Alexander Beyeler, owner of the Gallery “Beyeler Collection Foundation” in Pratteln (Canton Basel-Land) .
Alex Doll’s artworks were already on display at the Vologda State Museum-Preserve last year. The exhibition was devoted to the 285th birthday anniversary of a great Russian general Alexander Suvorov.
This is the third visit of Alex Doll to Vologda. His first exhibition was arranged in 2012 in a series of Russian – Swiss cultural exchange program for 2012-2015 organized with the support of Pro Helvetia foundation.
