For three days St. Petersburg became the centre of concentration of stars, cultural events, bright premieres and debates. Ralph Fiennes, Fyodor Bondarchuk, Valery Gergiev, Gabriel Prokofiev and many others came to the Northern capital of Russia to participate in the Forum which was held on December 1st to December 3rd.
The 5th International Cultural St. Petersburg Forum is an international meeting of open dialogue and exchange of experience, in which experts in the fields of culture and cultural policy, government officials, politicians and businessmen from different countries discuss development trends in the global and Russian cultural life and seek potential partners and investors in the field of culture.
The business venue of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum this year gathered more than 700 foreign participants and speakers.
The Vologda Philharmonic Society presented two projects aimed at spiritual and moral education of youth and at drawing young people's attention to the world of music - "Youth Christmas and Easter Dancing Parties" and "Vacations in the Philharmonic Society".
